$EVIE · CONCEPT STAGE

An idea,
open for consideration.

A provisional token concept, separate from the assistant and its watch-only Crypto Center. No token is issued and no sale is available.

A SEPARATE CONVERSATION

The assistant comes first.

The core assistant should not require cryptocurrency. The concept does not establish utility, issuance, legal approval, a contract, price, payment or guaranteed reward.

THE EVIE ECOSYSTEM TOKEN

Concept Stage

$EVIE

A possible layer
for a connected ecosystem.

An initial utility concept for EVIE’s future ecosystem. Optional by design, with the assistant experience at the centre.

Explore the draft model

Concept draft — open for review. No token has launched. There is no official contract, sale, wallet connection, listing or purchase facility. Every utility, supply, allocation and timeline below is illustrative and may change or be abandoned.

PRODUCT FIRST

Useful assistance.
No crypto requirement.

CONFIRMED PRODUCT FOUNDATIONS

The assistant remains independent.

The internal macOS prototype already has text conversations, model settings and local history. These product foundations do not depend on a token.

Current product capabilities

PROPOSED TOKEN UTILITIES

Optional possibilities.

Any token role would complement ordinary access. The core personal assistant should not require cryptocurrency, a wallet or exposure to token price changes.

POTENTIAL UTILITY · NOT IMPLEMENTED

A practical role,
if there is a clear need.

01

AI credits

An optional way to access additional usage, only if a sustainable service-cost model is defined. No redemption rate or live credits exist.

02

Advanced services

Possible access to selected future capabilities alongside ordinary non-crypto access. No premium entitlement is promised.

03

Community & builders

Potential builder integrations and nonbinding community feedback. No equity, revenue share, yield or guaranteed rewards.

ILLUSTRATIVE TOKENOMICS · DRAFT 0.1

A model to discuss.
Not an issued supply.

Candidate network
Base (Ethereum L2)

ERC-20
Illustrative maximum supply
1,000,000,000 EVIE

A round supply makes the allocation model easy to revise; it does not imply a valuation. The candidate network uses the Ethereum ecosystem. A non-token credit system remains an alternative. Network, supply and issuance policy are undecided.

Total100%1,000,000,000No tokens issued

All durations would start from a separately approved future token issuance. There is no launch date, granted allocation or approved holder right. Reserving 65% for ecosystem and community work is a design proposal; gradual releases aim to align access with real needs.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Review before commitment.

  1. Concept review

Review whether a token adds value beyond ordinary credits.

  2. Utility feasibility

Test service costs, user needs and non-crypto alternatives.

  3. Independent review

Resolve legal, security, custody and administrative requirements.

  4. Separate decision

Only a future explicit approval could authorize implementation. No launch is scheduled.

QUESTIONS & CLARITY

What this concept means.

Can I buy or claim $EVIE?

No. There is no launched token, official contract, sale, claim or wallet connection.

Will EVIE require cryptocurrency?

The core assistant should not require it. Any token role would be optional, alongside ordinary access.

Are these allocations final?

No. Supply, network, allocations, vesting and utility are a discussion draft for later review.

Do AI credits work today?

No token credits are implemented. A costed service model and any conversion rules would need separate approval.
